From master plan to 3D.
Every path, building and tree had to follow the master plans, even where details were still undefined. We rebuilt it all in Cinema 4D to look modern and futuristic while keeping every important detail, on a short timeline and without letting the budget grow.
Selling a place before it exists.
The video turns plans for a place that doesn't exist yet into something investors can see and understand. It shows how fast, readable 3D visualisation can sell a project long before construction starts.
